Watermelon feta salad with mint and black salt

1/2 red onion
1/2 watermelon
1 cucumber
200 g feta cheese
1 bunch mint leaves
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp lime juice
0,5 tsp black salt
Anweisungen
- Peel the onion and cut it into very thin slices.
- Sprinkle the onion with some lime juice and olive oil so that you take away the spicyness of the red onion a bit.
- Cut the watermelon and cucumber into cubes.
- Toss together and crumble the feta over it.
- Remove the mint from the sprigs and cut the leaves into strips.
- Mix the mint with the salad.
- Divide the olive oil and lemon juice over the salad.
- Finally, sprinkle the black salt over it (as soon as the salad is on the plate or in the bowl you will be serving it in, because the black salt forms a nice contrast with the colors of the salad!)
