Zutaten

  • 300 grams of sugar

  • 500 ml water

  • 2 tbsp Star mix

  • 2 slices of fresh ginger

  • 1 tbsp loose black tea

Anweisungen

  • Put everything together in a pan and put it on low heat.
  • Let this simmer until you get a fragrant syrupy syrup.
  • Rinse a glass bottle well with hot water.
  • Pour the syrup through a fine colander into the bottle, so that all the herbs are sieved out.
  • Put a small layer of syrup in a glass and pour hot (foamed) milk (or an alternative to milk) on top for a delicious chai latte.
