300 grams of sugar
500 ml water
2 tbsp Star mix
2 slices of fresh ginger
1 tbsp loose black tea
Anweisungen
- Put everything together in a pan and put it on low heat.
- Let this simmer until you get a fragrant syrupy syrup.
- Rinse a glass bottle well with hot water.
- Pour the syrup through a fine colander into the bottle, so that all the herbs are sieved out.
- Put a small layer of syrup in a glass and pour hot (foamed) milk (or an alternative to milk) on top for a delicious chai latte.
