Café de Paris

Cafe de paris is a spice mixture from French cuisine that is used to make delicious herb butters. This herb butter variation is also called the ultimate steak butter. But baked potatoes also combine very well with these spices! There are many different ways to make Café de Paris butter, but they always use a lot of different spices. Our Café de Paris mix is a balanced mix with lots of spices, so you no longer have to put it together yourself. Of course you can play with the recipe a bit, for example by combining the herb butter with some fresh garlic. Or mix in a spoonful of mustard. Your steak will thank you.

Orange Salt

The fruitiness of the orange combines well with the creaminess of butter. So choose our Orange Salt if you want to make a herb butter. You can also add freshly grated orange peel and/or, for example, some rosemary. Then make a beurre blanc of this, for example, super tasty! You can also make it a sweet version by mixing in some powdered sugar. The saltiness of the orange salt will enhance the taste. Use this to make a buttercream for your carrot cake or use the orange butter to bake cupcakes.

Salty Feast

The salty feast is also very suitable for making a tasty herb butter. The flavors are a bit more classic and combine well with meat. Or spread a warm, freshly baked naan bun with a salty feast flavored butter. A party in your mouth, try it!
