Oven roasted smashed potatoes with Café de Paris butter

100 g butter
2 tsp Café de Paris mix
1 kg baby potatoes
4 cloves of garlic
Olive oil
Fresh rosemary
Salt Exotico
Anweisungen
- Mix the butter with the Café de Paris mix and place in the fridge to set.
- Preheat oven to 220ºC. Place potatoes in a saucepan of cold, salted water, bring to the boil and cook for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Drain and lay on a baking tray. Squash with the back of a spoon or with a fork.
- Peel and chop the garlic and mix with the olive oil.
- Sprinkle oil over the potatoes.
- Cut the butter in cubes and place over and between the potatoes.
- Add the rosemary.
- Generously sprinkle with Salt Exotico.
- Place in the oven for about 30 minutes, until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
