200 gr spaghetti
75 ml extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp Antipasti mix
fresh parsley
1 lemon
Anweisungen
- Cook the spaghetti according to the directions on the package.
- Heat the olive oil in a wide frying pan. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Fry it in the olive oil.
- Add the Antipasti mix and a pinch of spicy lime kick to the oil.
- Cook over a very low heat until the spaghetti is cooked.
- Drain the spaghetti and toss with the oil.
- Serve with a pinch of Hot & Salty and chopped fresh parsley.
